Students asking to open banks outside their college catalogue. Accepting grants the bank and notifies the student.
Standalone mini question-banks for past exams. They are managed exactly like regular qbanks (add/import questions, lock, resources) but appear only under the student Exam Prep tab, never in the main bank picker.
Build the country, major and college catalogue students choose from. Attach main QBanks and Exam Prep banks to each college; only those banks become available to its students.
